Discover Xinkong quality STS Token Prepaid Keypad Water Meter, designed for modern smart water management. Featuring IP68 waterproof protection and advanced anti-tamper technology, this meter ensures secure, automated revenue collection for both residential and commercial utility projects.
The STS Token Prepaid Keypad Water Meters from Xinkong factory are designed in strict accordance with IEC 62055-41 and IEC 62055-51 international standards. They possess security capabilities including key expiration detection, key type verification, replay protection, recharge overflow protection, and protection against unauthorized operations. Supporting multi-level key management systems such as DITK/DUTK/DDTK, they meet the security application and key control requirements of prepaid water metering systems.
STS water meter modules use encrypted tokens (20-digit recharge codes) as the recharge medium, eliminating the need for IC cards and enabling "pay first, use later"—a change from traditional water usage methods and a solution to the problem of overdue water bills. Their core functions include water metering, prepaid recharge, balance alarm, anti-magnetic interference, and data storage. They offer accurate metering, ultra-low power consumption, and easy operation, meeting the needs of different customers for both use and management.

Equipped with a pulse signal detection port, this STS Token Prepaid Keypad Water Meter calculates the current flow rate and records and stores various user-related data, such as cumulative flow, daily flow, and last month's flow.
It employs anti-jitter technology during pulse signal detection to effectively avoid mismeasurements caused by external interference, thus improving measurement accuracy. The water meter module also features pulse signal anomaly detection, detecting pulse signal faults and strong magnetic interference, and recording and storing these abnormal states.
It supports various sensors and sampling signals, including reed switches, magnetoresistive/Hall effect sensors, and non-magnetic sensors.
It regularly checks the battery voltage, records the low voltage status and issues an alarm when the battery is low, and also has a power failure monitoring function to save metering data in a timely manner and prevent accidental loss.
It integrates a real-time clock function, ensuring high timing accuracy.
Historical records store 18 months of end-of-month data and daily fixed-point data for the past month.
It features valve actuation, timeout detection, and anomaly handling functions.
It can automatically execute valve switching actions according to the set valve switching cycle, preventing valves from seizing up due to prolonged inactivity, reducing water meter maintenance costs, and extending service life.
When magnetic interference occurs, the module will automatically identify and record the abnormal state, and can simultaneously link the valve to close it or remain inactive.
The meter calculates the remaining water volume in real time based on the accumulated recharged water volume and accumulated flow. When the remaining water volume is less than 0, the valve will automatically close. After a successful recharge, the valve will automatically open. When the valve is in the arrears closed state, the overdraft function can be activated by pressing the button on the meter.
Communication can be established wirelessly with the CIU or a data collector. With the CIU, users can remotely operate and interact with data without close contact with the meter. The data collector gathers data such as device status and flow rate, which is then uploaded to the system platform, enabling remote centralized data collection from the water meter devices.
Water can be recharged for metering devices by entering a 20-digit STS encrypted recharge token. Cardless recharge is supported, avoiding the risk of card wear and loss.
By entering a 4-digit query code, users can check parameters such as the remaining water volume, cumulative usage, current recharge amount, and valve status of the metering device, which are displayed clearly and intuitively.
When the metering device runs out of remaining water and the valve is closed, the user can activate the overdraft mode by entering a specific short code to temporarily continue using water. Once the overdraft amount reaches the set value, the valve will close again, and overdrafting is not allowed a second time.
No need to replace or disassemble the STS Token Prepaid Keypad Water Meter; all module programs support OTA upgrades, continuously meeting new water meter requirements and eliminating users' concerns.
